Quadrilateral Classification Card Sort

Looking for a good way to help your students keep all the properties of quadrilaterals straight? Or a hands on activity that will give you a break from notes? In this activity, students will cut out different properties about the angles, diagonals, and sides of kites, isosceles trapezoids, parallelograms, rectangles, rhombuses and square. After cutting, they will arrange them on papers for each shape that can be turned in for a comprehension check, or added to their notes as a visual reminder.
