This is a single-page, simple graphic organizer, great for helping students organize story details. On this page, students have to list characters, setting, problem, solution and theme.

This is a simple page that can be used as an assessment for the concepts of area and perimeter. It can be used as a quiz or just as a practice page. The pictures include shapes made of squares (so that the students can count them to calculate area) and some shapes do not have squares. The shapes without squares inside are labeled on the outside so that students can determine perimeter and area by adding/multiplying.

This is a data and graphing activity. Students choose a type of data to gather (such as favorite colors, types of pets, etc.), and then gather data by having their classmates vote. As they gather the data, the students record their data in tally marks. Finally, they construct a bar graph with the information that they have gathered.
