Section 504 is a law that ensures that the child receives a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) regardless of his/her disability. Providing accommodations and interventions that are not supported by data, breaks the law because those are not part of an appropriate education.
I use this sheet to cover 9x12 envelopes. I laminate the envelopes and add the teacher's name in the white space w/a wet-erase marker. It helps the envelope grab the teacher's attention for a prompt turnaround.
I laminated green 9x12 envelopes with this sheet at the cover. I use a wet-erase marker to fill in the teacher name and due date. I use these envelopes to send paperwork to teachers to complete and return.
