End of the Year Survey
This fabulous teacher tool is a reflective piece for students that provides teachers with a look into the students' perspectives of the year. By asking students to complete this survey at the end of the school year, teachers are able to make adjustments for the fall over the summer break. Used for many years, this survey is a powerful component in adjusting classroom management and instruction to best meet all learners' needs.
