I was a teaching assistant at Purdue University when in graduate school a long time ago. I also taught statistics at Kansas State University for one year also a long time ago. I am not currently teaching but am creating content on a number of courses and I am attempting to get back into the class room at some level.
I retired as an economist from the U.S. Treasury in 2012. I have a number of academic papers in economic and business journals. I am very interested in teaching math due to the experiences of my three children, two of whom are grown.

Ph.D. in Economics from Purdue University in 1988.
MS. in Economics from Arizona State University in 1982
BA in Math Rutgers College in 1979.
Additional biographical information
I worked as an economist in the federal government for 25 years. Most of this time was spent at the U.S. Treasury in the Office of Economic Policy. I have written articles for a number of academic journals on a diverse set of topics which includes health care, energy, personal finance and environmental policy.
