This is a pack of student surveys to use as a get-to-know-you teambuilding activity, especially for back to school, but it can be used any time of year!
There are 20 different surveys. Each student gets one survey, and interviews 10 classmates. Then they use their data to make a graph. These student graphs can be displayed outside of the classroom for everyone to learn about your students!
All of the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for 4th grade Mathematics in 3 pages, in color and black-and-white versions, very clean and easy to read.
