Hi! My name is Audrey and I am a Special Education teacher in a fifth grade inclusion classroom. I love to create resources for my students to provide extra scaffolds, practice, graphic organizers, and ways to help all of my students engage in our work. My goal is to provide practical tools that are easy to implement, flexible for differentiation, and engaging for upper-elementary students. Experience

Hi! My name is Audrey and I am a Special Education teacher in a fifth grade inclusion classroom. I love to create resources for my students to provide extra scaffolds, practice, graphic organizers, and ways to help all of my students engage in our work. My goal is to provide practical tools that are easy to implement, flexible for differentiation, and engaging for upper-elementary students. Every resource is created with real classrooms in mind and designed to help both teachers and students feel successful.

Teaching style

I always love a good challenge and finding new ways to teach. My focus in instruction is on student choice and independence. My goal is for all students to find success and to grow in their confidence. I want my students to feel supported enough to try on their own and to feel pride in their accomplishments.

My own education history

I have my B.S. in Elementary Education and Special Education and received my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. I taught for one year as a general education homeroom teacher in an inclusion fifth grade class and then moved to being the Special Education teacher for the classroom and have been since.
