I began teaching in 2013, and I have taught in Autism and Developmental Cognitive Disabilities elementary and middle school classrooms. I am currently teaching at Hmong International Academy as a DCD teacher for students with Severe Multiple Disabilities in the Minneapolis Public Schools district.

Special education: basic math data collection sheets
These sheets allow you to take daily data and see progress at a glance. These sheets are for students with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, or students working on basic math skills. A task analysis of steps needed as skills increase is included. Math skills in these sheets include:

These are special education worksheets that students can use to learn and practice addition. These are with numbers 1-10 with the sum of 6 to 10. Students can cut and glue on rectangles to find the answer using paper manipulatives. These can also be used with early grades. These also make great homework.

My own education history
I am a special education teacher with a Master's degree in Developmental Disabilities from the University of Minnesota. I have a Developmental Disabilities License and an Autism Spectrum Disorder License. I also have a degree in Studio Art.
