2 Week Daily Student Behavior Chart
This is a tool that has worked wonderfully in my classroom to promote parent communication and involvement, as well as responsibility in students. I have my parents initial in the box each night, and students are responsible for returning the sheet signed each day.

Experience
I have been teaching for just about a year now, and am absolutely loving it! I am currently teaching 2nd grade within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District in North Carolina.
Teaching style
I love to have fun and make connections with my students while learning. The more laughter and enjoyment I see from my students, the better!
My own education history
I am a graduate from the State University of New York at Potsdam (a much colder climate compared to my current location), with a dual Bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education as well as a minor in English.
Additional biographical information
I may be new to the world of teaching, but I feel that my passion for this field will allow me to make great gains. I will be doing my best to create materials and resources that will aide in the instruction of students across the country!
