In this activity, students will follow geometric directions to create a fun mathematical Geometry-Tree (GeomeTree)! A fun winter break activity and a little vocabulary review as well! Who says you have to choose better fun and learning!?! :-)
In this project students must first find the square footage of 4 Minecraft houses, and then decide which they will build. Like any good contractor, they'll have to start by designing a 2D blueprint of the house they intend to build and then create the 3D version.
This is a set of two posters. One lists the pitfalls of AI that users should be aware of when using AI as a collaborative tool. The other lists the ways AI can be a beneficial tool if used appropriately.
This file contains four cootie catchers that are 100% editable. They are currently for time mathematics, but could easily be changed to be used for other areas/purposes. Let your students play with cootie catchers and do some learning at the same time!
This science lab report will walk students through the scientific method as they ask a question, make a hypothesis, and develop and implement an experiment. It's a great way to guide them while letting them explore the world of science through experience!
Students frequently run right through periods and commas, skip words or even entire lines of text, read too fast or too slow, and make all other sorts of reading errors. This file "cites" them for not following the rules of the road - reading road. "Failure to stop" for example, is the citation they get for running through a period. As students read, mark their errors and then send them to traffic school.
This poster (can also be printed as a handout) will help guide students in making their sentences more detailed and specific; walking them through adding various pieces of information to their sentences to answer all questions the reader might have.
This science workstation/lab book walks students through 5 stations where they can explore various mixtures and solutions, and provides an explanation as to why each experiment works the way it does. The file is 100% editable, so make it what you need it to be!
This science workstation/lab book walks students through 10 stations where they can explore various chemical and physical changes, and then provides a conclusion space where they can use the experiences they've had to draw inferences about physical and chemical changes. The file is 100% editable, so make it what you need it to be!
This is a bulletin board idea to show students exactly how changing the way they look at something can change how they feel about it. It contains emoji's on each page for an "Emoji'n the Possibilities" Emoji Theme, but the file is 100% editable so feel free to make it the best for you!

It's time to get militant with these facts! These two pages are the cover page and insert for creating your own division battleship. Once students place their ships on their board, they can guess were their opponent's ships are by reciting division sentences like 15 / 3 = 5. This also helps teach them about coordinate grids and pairs! The divisor (second number) is the X (over) and the dividend (answer) is the Y (up/down). As with the actual battleship game they can "hit" or "miss", but the
It's time to get militant with these facts! These two pages are the cover page and insert for creating your own multiplication battleship. Once students place their ships on their board, they can guess were their opponent's ships are by reciting multiplication sentences like 3 x 2 = 6. This also helps teach them about coordinate grids and pairs! The first factor is the X (over) and the second factor is the Y (up/down). As with the actual battleship game they can "hit" or "miss", but they ca
