Daily Self-Monitoring Behavior Charts
This product includes four different editable behavior charts that can be used with a classroom token system. The student or the teacher can complete the chart for earning rewards or collecting data. Behaviors, pictures, and text can be changed to fit your needs.

Behavior Tally Table
This is a simple printable tally table for collecting frequency data on problem behavior. It is great for collecting data for Functional Behavior Assessments used to create Behavior Intervention Plans. There are two editable versions, one in color and one in black and white. You can easily change the target behaviors and behavior definitions to suit your needs. This table pairs with the Behavior Tally Spreadsheet listed separately.

Behavior Tally Spreadsheet
The Data Calculation Spreadsheet instantly calculates frequency count totals for each behavior for the week. It also calculates the total frequency of all behaviors. It has five different tabs with the table to use for multiple students. This data is useful in spotting trends and possible causes of problem behavior.

I am the proud mother of four boys/men, ages 24 (an engineer), 20 (soon to be a nurse), and twin 13 year olds (soon to be high school freshmen)!
Outside of teaching, I enjoy writing short stories and poetry. I also love singing and doing anything creative!
