Differentiated Lessons for Different Needs

My students were struggling with finding and researching careers that interested them. They didn't know where to look or even what they were looking for. That's where this project idea was created. Being an Intervention Specialist is hard! Fourteen years into teaching at a local high school, and I am still learning new strategies and resources that I wish I had known at the start of my career. I am an Intervention Specialist and use this broken down approach with my 9th and 10th graders. My co-teachers use RASC (Restate, Answer, Support, Conclude) in their classrooms also, but do not go into as much detail.
