Next, on Tuesday they use their ideas from Monday to fill out the paragraph frame. Then, the process repeats again for Wednesday and Thursday but with a new topic. Use the CUBES strategy to solve real world mathematical problems. This is a great way of breaking down math word problems. Everything is color coded so students can easily see how breaking down a word problem can help them answer it.
