This city design project is a way to assess student’s understanding of angle pairs formed by intersecting lines and transversals through parallel lines. Students can showcase creativity while placing buildings in the designated locations. This is an alternative to the amazing "Dance, Dance, Transversal" available from other sellers. In a small classroom with over 40 students, it is difficult to make space for each student to dance their way into a knowledge of the angle pairs formed by parallel lines and transversals. So I make them dance with their hands instead of their feet. Each student receives a copy of this and you project the "Dance, Dance, Transversal video of your choice.
