Diving into Dance

With this assignment, students will choose a genre of dance and research that specific genre. The students will provide a brief history, description, 3 famous figures in that style, etc. This handout also provides instructions to create a PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation. Finally, a grading rubric is included.

This worksheet requires dancers to find "new" stretches, explain the stretch, and state which muscle(s) are stretched.
