Do Math Better

A poster to help students remember the metric system prefixes using "King Henry Died Drinking Chocolate Milk".

In 6th Grade students are asked to learn a lot of new algebraic vocabulary. This is especially difficult for my ELL students. So I created this activity to get students talking about the vocabulary words using pictures to help my Spanish speaking students better connect with the words.

This poster shows students how to use a formula. First you plug in the numbers then you "chug out" the solution It uses the area of a trapezoid formula to do so.

This poster helps students remember the order of opoerations using "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally".
