This is a project that allows students to prepare a fun presentation on one of the decades in the 20th century. Each decade includes an important event that students learn about. This can be a group or individual project. 1910s- WWI 1920s- Roaring Twenties 1930s- Great Depression 1940s- WWII 1950s- Cold War 1960s- Civil Rights 1970s-Women’s Rights 1980s-Persian Gulf War 1990s-Changes in technology The students can wear fashion, bring in food, or play music from the time period.

Students have three options for this project: *They can write an informational paper about Babe Ruth, Henry Ford, Charles Lindbergh, Langston Hughes, or Louis Armstrong *They can choose to be a curator for a new museum to present the important events from this time period *They can write their own patriotic song and illustrate it
