This a GREAT game to engage students in exploring words!
My students have this as an option at a word work station. They practice finding similarities in words by fitting them together.
Students relate easily to this game because even those who haven't played the "old fashioned" Scrabble, have played "Words with Friends"!
This could also be used with vocabulary words for different units.
The kids LOVE it!
