I am a thoughtful and strategic math teacher. I believe that mathematics should be presented in a sequential, clear, and orderly way. I also believe that a variety of instructional strategies should be implemented so students with different learning styles can all experience success. Math teachers should provide classroom learning experiences that help students understand the math they learn, and help students to see the relevance of math they learn. Finally, classroom instruction should be interesting, positive and fun, and should be measured by students' successes, not failures.
