Medical Mystery - Heart Defects
In this problem-based lesson, students become doctors in a cardiology clinic working to diagnose three patients who have congenital heart defects. Each patient is "seen" in a one-minute video interaction with their doctor, where their symptoms, exam findings, and test results are reviewed. Students will then explore the lesson on how to examine the heart, the different types of congenital heart defects, and their associated symptoms.
