I have been teaching middle school for fourteen years. I have taught high school mathematics for seven years and was department chair. I was an elementary mathematics coach for three years. For three years, I also taught mathematics online as a undergraduate professor and designed mathematics curriculum for two online schools.

Getting kids engaged in STEM can be a challenge - especially if they don’t have great math-esteem just yet. Teaching style
It is my goal to do whatever possible to help students develop analytical thinking abilities with a style that is both effective and fun, and dispel the fear that is commonly associated with mathematics.
