About the store
Teaching in Ontario, Canada for over 10 years --- mostly in the junior grades.
My experience ranges from primary to junior and intermediate. In my 10+ years of teaching I have pretty much never repeated a grade! I have taught everything from kindergarten to Grade 8, Phys. Ed. to Visual Arts. I have taught Core French and Immersion and I have had a ball while doing it.
I love sharing resources that I have created and tested in my classrooms over the years. Here you will find a little mix of everything, but my main focus these days is on making high quality junior resources and I specialize in Core French resources.

Probability Activity: Rock, Paper, Scissors
A fun activity that uses the classic game of Rock, Paper, Scissors to get students thinking about probability, likely outcomes, and fairness.
Students will play Rock, Paper, Scissors and record the outcomes of their trials. They will then create probability trees to define all the possible outcomes. Finally, the rules to Rock, Paper, Scissors will change and students will repeat the trials to see if the game is fair.

EQAO Math Manipulative Labels
These math manipulative labels will help to organize your classroom so students may use and return manipulatives on their own.
I created them for the Ontario EQAO junior test and they include the suggested math manipulatives to have ready in your classroom prior to the test, however they can be used in any junior classroom.

Teaching style
I LOVE integrating creativity, student voice, social justice, the arts, kinesthetic learning, technology and laughter into everything I possibly can. But not all at once, at least not yet.
Life is complicated enough so I also love making simple lesson plans and activities to share with other teachers.
