I love this age group -- grades 3, 4 and 5 -- still young enough to love school, but old enough to tackle some really interesting work. It's why the last sixteen years have flown!

Teaching style

Learning should be fun. I try to make everything interesting, interactive and meaningful for my students. I incorporate the arts into as many lessons as I can, trying to offer students a variety of ways to take in new ideas and to demonstrate their understanding.

My own education history

Bachelor in Business Communication in 1994 and Masters in Creative Arts in Learning / Elementary Education in 2004
