This math puzzle template includes a model to help students create their puzzle. I use this template as a form of reassessment so students have to explain what learning goal it reflects. This product can be differentiated to very complex ideas or simple learning goals such as single digit addition.

This foldable is to help students with 3 of our learning goals for Chapter 7. It focuses on ratios, unit rate and unit cost, converting fractions to decimals to percents, and finding a percent of a number. I printed the template into SMARTNotebook and we wrote the notes as a group. They cut and pasted their notes onto a construction paper.
