This is a short, simplified text about Anzac Day to help learners practice and use a TIDE planner to extract the information. Dyslexic friendly font. Focus on pulling out keywords to create sentences. Great for creating a paragraph and building kids' confidence in their writing. Used with a Year 5-6 group of learners (Grade 3-4) who struggle to focus for long periods and need practice using a planning sheet to help reframe information. Lest we Forget.
