Classifying Animals: Zoo, Farm, or Pet
This lesson is great for a science or social living lesson on classifying animals: distinguishing between farm animals, zoo animals, and pets. The powerpoint opens with a motivating introduction of 3 silhouettes of animals. The students have to guess what they are, the teacher then removes the silhouettes to reveal the animals, and the students must discuss how these three animals are different.
