About the store
I have been working as a math coach and consultant for Math Solutions, a group started by Marilyn Burns (my hero!). Before that, I taught 1st, 2nd 4th, 5th, and 6th grades over the course of 12 years. My classroom was fun and engaging... a safe and happy space for kids to learn and share. I am especially passionate about elementary math. Over the years, I have collected and conducted research, and I currently provide professional development workshops and coaching for teachers. I work hard to ensure that all my students feel confident and happy at school.

Multiply Tens Game: Multiplying By Multiples of 10!
Hello teachers! This game is an ideal way for 3rd graders to practice multiplying by multiples of ten, and an excellent review for 4th graders. Throughout the game students will practice multiplication and place value skills. I've included 2 game boards for differentiation. One uses greater numbers than the other. Teaching style
My approach to elementary math is hands-on, concept-based learning. Kids should create their own understanding of math concepts through exploration with manipulatives, drawings, and discussion. I believe that ALL students are mathematicians.
