Use this two sided document to keep track of student work, weekly reminders, stuff to do for next week, etc. Change to fit your needs!

Each time my students take a math test I staple their notes and work to the test and this slip and send home for parents to skim, sign, and send back. This way parents are not only aware of the child's grade but also the notes and work the student has done to prepare for the test. Download and change to fit your classroom needs. Print on a bright colored paper and have students fill out all the information besides the teachers comment and possibly missing work. Send home on Fridays for families to review together, sign, and bring back Monday. This helps family stay 'in the know' of what is going on from week to week in a classroom.
