I use this snowglobe writing template to have my students write winter themed stories. We cut them out and displayed them around the classroom. This file includes a snowglobe with writing lines, a blank snowglobe, and a snowman and gingerbread house that can be used to decorate the snowglobe.
This resource is great to supplement word study, spelling, and vocabulary instruction. I print it out 2-sided and staple in a packet. It is fully editable and comes in PDF and Google Slides. This project is designed for 1:1 Chromebook classrooms and uses the Chrome extension Screencastify. It can still be used without a class set of Chromebooks! You could also modify the project to use with iPads. I highly recommend the app Explain Everything.

I pass out the Kindness Cards to my students and they must complete them in order to fill up our Kindness Thermometer. If you have a chatty class, this is the perfect classroom management tool for you. First, print out one card per student. These Blurt Cards are designed to last a full week. To begin using this product, give students their card on Monday morning. Explain that every time they “blurt” out in class, you will come over and hole punch their card. I count blurting as calling out during a lesson, interrupting another student or the teacher, or just being off task in general.
