Use this weekly reflection to have your students assess themselves on behavior and work completion. Two copies are included, one reflection includes a space for students to write their Dojo points for the week and the other does not.

If you have a chatty class, this is the perfect classroom management tool for you. First, print out one card per student. These Blurt Cards are designed to last a full week. I created this Student Self-Evaluation form for students to complete before their parent-teacher conference. It allows me as a teacher and the student’s parents to see the student’s performance from their own perspective.
