Fractions Quiz or Review Sheet
I made this sheet as a review for a fractions quiz, but it could just as easily serve as the quiz itself. The sheet covers identifying fractions, simplifying fractions, finding equivalent fractions, converting between mixed numbers and improper fractions, and comparing fractions.

Fractions
First Day Reflection Sheet
I made this sheet to serve as a first day of school reflection sheet. Students respond to questions and prompts that will help them think about their first school day. The sheet will serve as a tool for students to share their first day experience with their parents, peers, and/or their teacher.
I collect the sheets and pass them back to students on the last day of school. Students enjoy reviewing their responses and thinking about the ways they've changed since that first day.
