Currently teaching 5th grade but have taught 4th and 3rd. I am in my 24th year of teaching and I've been teaching in the same school that I attended as a child. I have always enjoyed creating my own curriculum and assessments and now have decided to create some for TpT.

Experience
Currently teaching 5th grade but have taught 4th and 3rd. I am in my 24th year of teaching and I've been teaching in the same school that I attended as a child. I have always enjoyed creating my own curriculum and assessments and now have decided to create some for TpT.
Teaching style
My style is pretty simple. I know what needs to be covered but I always follow the students' needs and interests. I have no problem scrapping a lesson for the teachable moment...in fact, that's what I teach for!
My own education history
I went to the University of Albany for my undergraduate degree and Mount Saint Mary for my Masters.
