This is a fun and easy activity to have students complete and help them learn about where to find all of the supplies and items that they might need on a daily basis. I use this during the first week of school and it really helps them know where to find what they need all year long.  I have students race to complete it and give prizes to the first 3 that have it completed.  Then, we go over the answers together as a class. This is a classroom sign out sheet. I have a few designs all packaged together. You can pick your favorite or switch it out with your mood. You can write the date and use one per day. It is a wonderful tool for keeping track of bathroom and hallway usage. Our school required the use and I needed to make a prettier option than what was provided, so these are what I came up with.
