This is a classroom sign out sheet. I have a few designs all packaged together. You can pick your favorite or switch it out with your mood. You can write the date and use one per day. It is a wonderful tool for keeping track of bathroom and hallway usage. Our school required the use and I needed to make a prettier option than what was provided, so these are what I came up with.
