This is the template I use to create my map and schedules for my Special Education Classroom and paraprofessionals. This template will NOT auto-populate. It is just a google sheets template where I have included the times of day broken into 5 minute increments (from 7:30-4:00), space to plan for a caseload of up to 10 students and then a color coded key to color cells based on where students are.
