Share Circle: A Show and Tell Inspired Activity
This product was born out of a need in my own classroom. I wanted a way for my students to practice speaking and listening skills, while also sharing something that is important with their peers. However, I did NOT want toys and other items brought into my classroom every week! Enter, the Share Circle. Every week, students complete a "Share Sheet" as a part of their homework packet. Teaching style
I believe in the importance of interactive lessons and hands-on learning. Student motivation is key! Many of my lessons include built-in positive behavior supports.
My own education history
I grew up attending public schools, and graduated with my B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Florida. I received my M.Ed from Boston College.
Additional biographical information
I currently live in Boston, MA with my lovely cat Scout. When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy being active and exploring the nearby hiking trails.
