Exciting Early Learning

I developed this product to help my autistic learners to practice putting the toys in their kitchen away after playing with them. They can be laminated and attached to shelves using Velcro. The labels have the word and picture to help students of all levels of ability to recognize where an item belongs.

These visual expectations will help to enforce classroom rules and structures in different parts of the classroom. The rules are simple and the visuals will support building independence in students. This will help to build expectations in students and help students to follow social norms within the school environment.

This printable rubric is based off of the Outcomes Framework from head start.gov. It has sections for notes and would be perfect to ensure that you have documentation of student skills in the beginning, middle and end of the year. This rubric is designed for 36-60 months and shows expected behaviors throughout the ages.
