This activity draws a comparison between Orwell's Two Minute Hate in 1984 and the writings printed on Chipotle's bags and cups, as part of the Cultivating Thought Series. This product has an assignment sheet as well as ready-to-print examples of the Chipotle bags that can be used as class activity to evaluate tone, diction and style in the different types of writing. An incredibly engaging activity for students, it helps readers and writers understand how powerful a two-minute reading can be.
