Here is a quick assessment that I use at the beginning of the year to assess my kindergartners. I keep the same assessment for the entire year and write the assessment date on the first page. I also use different colored pens to record checks (if students are correct) and any notes. It is NOT all inclusive, but I am working on a kindergarten ELA and math assessment to post later.
