Christmas and Winter Break Countdown
Count down the days leading up to winter break in a fun and festive way! Included is a Christmas countdown (25 days) and a winter break countdown (15 days). Students can use cotton balls, craft pom-pons, bingo markers or any coloring tools to fill in each number. They look really cute on lockers :)

Experience

Teaching style
All students can learn. I enjoy using different methods and strategies to help my learners grow! Some programs I implement in my classroom is Daily 5, Guided Reading Plus, and Daily 3 Math. I also use strategies from "whole brain teaching" aka "power teaching." Brain breaks are also an important part of our first grade experience!
My own education history
I went to school K-12 in a west suburb of Chicago. Then went to college at University of Northern Iowa. I Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Education k-6 and Special Education k-12. I went back to school for my ESL endorsement as well!
