Here is a perfect whole class reward system. It has worked amazing in my class. I introduced it in the middle of the year because it was a lot to keep up with individual plans. For me, I played teacher vs students and if the students won, they got a token on the image. If we tied, I would draw a stick and play rock paper scissors. This kept everyone in the class accountable for their actions.

They are ready to go. I made big cards for the digraph sound. Then the little cards are the pictures they have to sort. There are no words with the pictures so that the students can think about the sound that the word has.
