Here is a perfect whole class reward system. It has worked amazing in my class. I introduced it in the middle of the year because it was a lot to keep up with individual plans. For me, I played teacher vs students and if the students won, they got a token on the image. If we tied, I would draw a stick and play rock paper scissors.
