This is a completed example of the "Data Organization for Marking IEP Goals" document that I previously listed. I find that having a model visual is very helpful. It's easiest for me to print out a paper copy so I can jot down data information throughout the quarter. When I first print it, I write the last quarter's data in pencil, and then I write the new data in pen. I like to see the student's progress.
