After doing a lesson on -ed and -ing endings this was a sheet used to practice applying the rule. This was for students who receive phonics instruction in a small group center.

I usually do a separate spreadsheet for the service grid, but this is helpful so teachers know what student goals are and accommodations they should be providing in the classroom.
Copy and paste for as many students as you have. I use the same template every year.
This was a quick review for students in my pullout group who previously received phonics instruction and needed additional review. We have a new page to our binder each week that focuses on our skill of the week. There are words to read, sentences to read and room for dictation.

6 game boards to use with dice
Students roll dice, then sound out words under that number
After they read those words, they cover up that number with a counter or color it in (depends if you print copies or copy on cardstock)
First player to get all the numbers wins
If they roll a 6 they can skip their turn or roll again
