Definitely a mix of it all--traditional, grammar, CI, TPRS... I like to mix it up so I hit everyone's learning style at some point in each lesson.
I am a big SmartBoard educator, lots of stuff in SmartNotebook that turned out to be great lessons and fun interactive activities that my students loved! Sadly, no one uses SmartNotebook anymore, so I turned most of those activities into similarly structured paper stuff or PowerPoints. Same idea, just on paper or a PowerPoint. My larger units all contain a wide variety of listening, reading, writing, speaking, games, synthesis, a vocabulary choice board and many, many other kinds of activities... the list is exhaustive. I try to include as many different kinds of activities in each unit as I can to address as many learning styles as I can.
