This is a constructed response that allows students to reflect back in chapter 4. There is also a modified worksheet included that I use for SPED.

This product includes a graphic organizer that allows the students to identify the problem of the story, "porpoise in peril," and then find the sufficient evidence required to prove that their conclusion to the problem is correct. One document is the original, and the 2nd copy is a modified version to be used with students requiring SPED services.

This is a simple constructed response focused on main idea for the text, "Movers and Shapers" from Pearson Readygen. Included on the page is a constructed response rubric. At the bottom I also included a mini graphic organizer to aid students in mapping out their thoughts before they complete the written response.

Fun behavior management tool! Students keep track of their positive behavior by earning the chance to pull numbers for their bingo boards. When they achieve bingo, they can turn their bingo sheet in for class coupons, prizes, etc. Instructions are included. There are 4 different bingo boards with alternating numbers. Very versatile and can be used for anything else you can think of!

Math constructed response focused on double digit multiplication. Students cut turkey and plat out, then glue the turkey onto the plate.
