I created a set of slides that help students uncover the meaning of new vocabulary words, unlock deeper meaning, and thoughtfully express their answers in easy-to-use slides . The slides can be released a few at a time or all at once, depending on what works best for you. These were patterned after several of my other slides: The Crossover by Kwame Alexander, Wonder by R.J. Palacio, Hoot by Carl Hiaasen, and now Fish in a Tree.

Showing gratitude is an important part of educating the whole child! We need ot find more practical ways to promote gratitude in and out of the classroom. This is a 31 week no-prep gratitude journal! This is a great way to tackle some of the concepts in the American Revolution with a hands-on virtual tour and learning opportunity. This 23-page Google Slide Saved me during Covid when we had to go virtual. It is a fantastic way to show content and provide student practice and skill reinforcement. It's the perfect companion for journaling or note-taking and has links embedded for student practice. My students keep a vocabulary journal where they record new words they discover while they read.
