End of Year Project (Geometry)
This is a bloom ball project that is great for students to review the Geometry concepts learned throughout the school year. This project can be changed to whatever concepts you want to review. You can also have the students calculate the volume of a 3-d shape they learned about. You can hang the bloom balls from the ceiling in the hallway or your classroom to showcase the work of your students. I also gave the students the option to have their sides laminated. Teaching style
I strive to give my students a way to artistically express themselves through geometry. I utilize project based learning as well as conventional guided notes and tests. I use technology in the classroom through the schoology.com platform as a way to be an efficient and responsive teacher to both parents and students.
