Go Do That

Use this chart to assist students in learning the names and features of different two-dimensional and three-dimensional shapes (2D shapes include square, circle, triangle, rectangle, oval, and pentagon while 3D shapes include cube, sphere, pyramid, rectangular prism, cylinder, and cone). Shape names are provided in English and Spanish along with pictures that can be used for matching, individual exploration, and teacher-lead instruction.

These number cards are perfect for students to practice counting and number recognition. When printed double-sided and laminated, the cards show the numeral on one side with eye-catching pictures to count and a numeral to trace with dots to count on the other. Number names are included in English and Spanish. They can be easily used in the classroom as well as sent home as a tool to use with families.

Use this template to spark students' interest about measuring. The provided chart shows four different classroom objects (shelf, white board, sand table, carpet). Two additional columns provide space for students to first estimate the length of each object and then record the actual measurement. All information is provided in English and Spanish. This activity can be done with standard measurements or non-standard measurements (students' hands or feet, building blocks, etc.).

Students can practice their knowledge of people and clothes as they interact with these figures. The activity includes six figures on unique backgrounds, each with a complete set of clothing. Figures come in pairs but can be mixed and matched as students have to determine which clothes go with which boy or girl. This game includes a train with the numerals 1 - 10 and two sets of number cards. One set has the numerals 1 - 10 that can be used to match to the train cars. The other has increasing numbers of dots (again, 1 - 10) that students can count and match to the appropriate train cars. Students can also use small objects (beans, rocks, etc.) and count out the correct number to place on each car.

Includes five sets of clothing (with jacket, shirt, and pants in each). Each set of clothing comes in three colors and becomes one size bigger - small to large [large set not pictured]. Sets of clothes can be used for ordering from smallest to largest, counting, or sorting into groups by color, size, or type of clothes.

Provides three different pattern models - squares, paperclips, and autumn leaves. Patterns can be used as strips for students to recreate with physical objects, or the pictures can be cut apart (extra leaves included) for students to use to create their own patterns.
