Directions for Skip Counting: Have students skip count by 2’s, 5’s, and 10’s. Circle the numbers the students missed while skip counting. This product is to be used by students to write their numbers to 100. I found that students notice patterns while they are writing their numbers on a 10X10 column paper. So I was seeing that students could figure out these patterns and memorize them, rather than show me that they could write to 100. This sheet has 11 columns. There are still patterns on this sheet. However they aren't as noticeable. I was able to see if the students could write to 100 without using the patterns. This proved to
